We partnered with Miway, a leading short-term insurer, to evolve their website into a market-leading, mobile-first platform that enhances user engagement, drives conversion, and cultivates long-term customer relationships.
Our strategy focused on improving the user experience through intuitive UX and UI design and navigation, engaging content, and easy-to-use self-service tools. We created a coherent, streamlined user flow, and condensed and restructured cumbersome content into components featuring pictograms and language that’s fresh, familiar, friendly and on brand.
We also implemented a flexible content management system, giving Miway’s marketing and UX teams full autonomy over web content updates.
To amplify digital marketing efforts, we integrated SEO – without undoing any optimisation already in place – as well as analytics and conversion rate optimisation tools.
This modular, scalable solution now supports ongoing growth and agility. Miway’s refreshed website not only reflects a cohesive brand ecosystem but also aims to deliver measurable business impact.
