For 30 years, Travel Counsellors has personalised every element of the travel experience. To mark its 30th anniversary, the brand wanted to do the same for 2 000 ambassadors attending its annual conference.
We partnered with Travel Counsellors to transform the brand’s internal communications into a hyper-personalised, data-driven campaign that celebrated its journey and kept users engaged.
In keeping with the person-first approach, we curated every content piece for every touchpoint, packaged as slick, unified collections focused on the ambassadors.
We created intrigue through customised GIFs and emails. We made data appealing, meaningful, and communicated it in unique ways. We designed snapshots of ambassadors’ journeys so they could relive the memories made along the way.
This wasn’t just about communicating 30 years of achievements. It was about crafting an immersive digital narrative that spoke to ambassadors on a personal level, deepening connections with the brand, and leaving lasting impressions.
